I being a non drinker on two different occasions have been pulled over and accused of being drunk. I knew my rights and told the kind officer just where to take his accusations. I have a good friend that recently got in trouble for drinking and driving. It's been pretty tough for her & her family -- as well as expensive. Luckily, she wasn't hurt and neither was anyone else.
