That is the hard part about business, is you have to keep pushing towards your goals even when the excitement wears off, and when you feel like you aren’t getting anywhere. It takes time and persistence. Good use of the garden analogy. It’s like the Little Red Hen, no work, no food. In this case, no work, no return.

On another blog i was reading about successful blogging. Someone has described it in seven “P”(Patience, productive, persistent etc). I think patience is the key to success and a blogger can’t be successful with out that.

You hit the nail on the head when you said it takes time. With ANYTHING it takes time, especially a business. Blogging for example is a big one that most people quit after 3 months and you're not going to see any love there for at LEAST that long.
