It was bad timing that I booked my vacation time for this year around Mother's Day. Now I have to think of something special to give while I'm away... My mom has always been really practical and we'd take her out to eat... she has never been a flowers/candy/spa type person. So I'm wracking my brain at what I can give her when I'm away that will mean something to her. It’s tough because I’ll be missing Mother’s Day for my mom this year. My husband recently asked me what I want for Mother's Day - I'm so content with my life nowadays, my answer was Macaw-sized nutriberries for my Twitter Budgies and that's it! I like the Mother's Day marketing idea (have to write about that!) and will probably be offering a discount to all mompreneurs for my products. Holidays are always great for marketing.
