WordPress 2.2 Upgrade

Well, I’ve done it. I just installed the WordPress 2.2 Upgrade (from WordPress 2.1).

So far, there’s an annoying quirk I’ve noticed. In my old posts, you may notice a little “A” with an accent over it. I’ll be going through and getting rid of much of them, but I may give up after a while. I have too many posts to worry about that much, even though I try to make my writing perfect. It’s the copyeditor in me.

If you notice any other weird or annoying quirks, please let me know.

I’ll do a more thorough review later on.

Why?

Most of my readers are bloggers, writers (who should have a blog), or both. And WordPress is probably the most popular blog platform. You need to know how it’s working out.

Have you recently installed the WordPress 2.2 Upgrade? What version were you previously using, and have you noticed any significant improvements or problems?

I just started blogging and I installed the latest version, but I know that the major improvement over the prior version was something that stopped hackers from getting your password (a security issue).

thought I let everyone know that version 2.2.1 has now been released.
