Link Trains and Group Writing Projects

How many of you are sort of new to blogging, like I am?

I’ve been reading about link love, link trains, Technorati, ranks, and all that jazz. ProBlogger helped me realize the importance of this, especially if you want to jumpstart your blog and help others do the same. It’s also a great way to meet others and begin building a community.

I’ve learned a bit about trains from Gary Lee’s Top Five submission, Kelly Cho and BobMeetsWorld. I’m also considering starting a group writing project of my own.

Stay tuned. I’ll be announcing the project soon.

Hi Theda . . . thanks a lot of linking me! i wanted to commend you on taking the initiative and creating this train, but wanted to tell you that two people have already started a similar train - www.kellycho.com and bobmeetsworld.com . . . also . . as a suggstion, you will want to include more of your online blog buddies on your originals list (8-10) to increase your chances of train success. If you have any other questions, feel free to contact me via my site. Best of luck!

  2. Kelly Cho says:

Thanks for the link. I agree with Gary, you should add a bit more to your original list.

I agree that there are so many great avenues to help blog better and improve your quality of your site. I believe that there are so many good tips out there, but unfortunately many people don’t stick to those tips and follow them.
